| From Jill Allbrooke and me, a very big thank you to absolutely everyone who took part in the Brentford Read-In! The turnout was phenomenal. Thank you also to all the people - many of whom we don't know personally - who took it upon themselves to spread the word. Ruth Garner's online petition, Dawn Hardy's hard copy version, the Hounslow Chronicle petition have all helped to build up the momentum. I hope that our councillors will bring any review document to our attention.We may have a breathing space now but no member of Hounslow Council should think we are napping.Join me at the demo outside the Civic Centre from 6pm tomorrow if you can! |
