| This is hypothectical:- If I sign a contract with you to maintain say 10 building's then we have already agreed legally on a yearly premium. However if over time several of those building's are closed you CANNOT HAVE A REBATE ON MY YEARLY CONTRACT due to the contract being binding over a period of say 25 year's. That mean's that I am going to be laughing all the way to the bank because I do not have to staff or maintain these building's although I will lose out because I will not be refurbishing said building's any more but will still have a nice little nest egg coming in on a regular basis at the expense of the tax payer. |
