| That occured purely because they over-reached themselves, LBH certainly do not come into that category. LBH seem's to be a large pyramid whereby the top echelon have no idea of the wastage made by there delagates. When you are at the top of the ladder the responsibility is your's. Do you perhaps have an idea as to why? it is necassary to upgrade the computers and Phone lines when they persist in telling us that our Libraries must close because of lack of funds. If they are looking at SAP then we can kiss goodbye to a great deal of money and quite frankly it is it does not equate. |
