| The first thing the council did after the May elections was to cut councillor's allowances. I think that you are not seeing the point here, the fact the libraries have been refurbed cannot really affect how the current council approach their budget, I don't know and neither does anyone else on here how much it will cost to keep all the libraries open not withstanding what's already been spent. It is a dreadful dilemma, it isn't right that any council should be forced into this, but it's where we are and someone has to make the decisions, whichever way they go they cannot win. |
