| Ian - There are two reasons: (1) Demographic change; (2) Higher turnout. Phil - Yes, unity is a good thing. It is a shame you felt unable to offer Cllr Sam Hearn the same advice when, over on the CW4 libraries thread, he made great play out of his claim that his party had fought hard to keep Osterley library open. Good luck with the campaign - and for the record, I have in the past been an occasional user of two LBH libraries. |
