| Could you explain how the present government have made the proposed closures of our local libraries, when they have already been hawked out at our expense for the next 25 year's. Has it not sunk in yet to any of you, that we the community are the loser's big time, if these proposed closures go ahead, then we as a community will still have to pay Liang the contract price agreed in writing for the next 25 year's wether the library is open or closed, if they are kept open obviously it will cost us more what with the regular refurbishments that seem to happen even though these closures have so clearly been discussed. Does it not make you wonder who is gaining by this, because it surely makes me wonder. |
