| I have reported the e-petitions website error to Hounslow Council by email. Hope it will be resolved very soon, as nobody can sign any of the library petitions until it is. Everyone who has signed has received an email saying "If you wish to comment on the proposed library closures, you can also email your views to libraryconsultation@hounslow.gov.uk. The deadline for comments is Friday 28th January 2011" Remember to sign the Hounslow Chronicle petition as well. http://www.hounslowchronicle.co.uk/west-london-news/save-our-libraries/2011/01/21/save-our-libraries-petition-live-109642-28032751/ Hounslow Chronicle is also asking for questions by 2pm today to put to Leader of the Council. http://www.hounslowchronicle.co.uk/west-london-news/local-hounslow-news/2011/01/24/do-you-have-questions-for-the-council-leader-about-library-closures-109642-28044434/ And opponents of the closures should gather at Brentford Library at midday tomorrow, Tuesday, to be photographed for the Chronicle. (Also Bedfont at 2pm. Osterley was done on Saturday.) |
