| What I can't understand is that if there was a Council officer present at the meeting which has been minuted, and if the minutes are seriously erroneous as you suggest, then surely the officer in question must be aware of that fact? If this is so he will, presumably, challenge the accuracy of the minutes at the next meeting and/or at the EGM. If he doesn't then he, as a representative of the Council, must inevitably be considered as being complicit in a wilful deception of all those residents who have been sent these minutes. |
