| I expect next week we will be told that Mogden's problem is that it is in fact too small for the amount of s**t being sent to it and there is a contiguous area of land (Redlees Park)which would be ideal for the necessary expansion.The transfer to Thames Water would result in a payment to the Council which would fund a much-needed extra swing in Lampton Park. |
