| Phil, the documents sent to me today from the chair was ALL in correct and lots of mistakes. He did Not put in the Minutes of January that a resident asked why he removed her and 2 others off as members for his friends? He also stated there was 18 in attendance, 1 off those was Godfrey Hamilton of Hounslow Council but when he placed the outcome on the vote to hold a EGM he has put In favor 10 Against None STATUS Passed. So i wonder why only 10 were in favor what about the other 7 in attendance? He has not listed those names who voted. He also states as follows " The Motion was voted on, and passed by a MAJORITY of TEN votes AGAINST NILL. The Voting was witnessed by GODFREY HAMILTON of HOUNSLOW HOUSING..Thursday 16th April 2015 was agreed upon unanimously to be the date of the EGM" Firstly the date which was agreed on from someone who was there was the 8th April he changed the date a week later so that was False. In the AOB he states there was none but a Resident question why he removed her, Her sister and another resident off the committee and replaced them with friends of his, he shouted at her but he did not even mention this. We were told by the lead member of the council, that the council CANT recognize a group with no constitution, that the group must have the adopted constitution from the Council website. The URAI has nothing. And people wonder why IVYTAG had to come back. The council need to De-recognize the URAI immediately. |
