Also I think they overlook the fact that all the consequent hoo-ha when you don't do things in an acceptable way, such as we are experiencing, also costs. In terms of officer's time, not to mention councillor's time and the waste of time that it is going through the council's complaints procedure, and that's without any further action we may decide upon, which will tie a few bodies up too. That doesn't take into account that as far as our complaints are concerned the work required on the park after it being churned to blazes by horses will be at considerable cost. So much for the prat that advised councillors they could save £2000 a year. These people are so short-sighted and stupid it really doesn't bear thinking about. Of course all this could be avoided if only our elected representatives deigned to talk to and work with us. |
