| It is worth noting that Ruth has never tried to deny making this comment. As far as I am aware there is no written record of it, although it was on webcast and that would be probably be cached somewhere and could be called upon if it was ever needed. What is equally interesting is that her Conservative "opponents" have never really made much a big deal over it either. It is as though she has spoken an unwritten political truth to which both "sides" of the establishment divide are signed up. Even if it were not for the essentially fraudulent nature of the Labour Party's socialist posturing going into this forthcoming election I certainly could not vote for a candidate who by her own admission could be lying to me every time she opens her mouth. Nor for that matter for any opponent of hers who considers that to be reasonable behaviour. |
