| Came across this interesting paper from Hounslow Council: http://www.hounslow.gov.uk/open_space_background_paper__2014_.pdf This contains the shocking claim "Principles for Hounslow's Open Space" and "Access: For all residents to have easy access to public open space". What I couldn't find anywhere in this quite lengthy paper was anything about -Oh! and by the way if we decide to ignore all these fine words and promises and let unelected officers call the tune, you can say goodbye to your local open space because we don't give a toss what you think. Principles? They don't know the meaning of the word. |
