| The notice of the (now) closed 'consultation' was put on that board by a local resident not the Council, and I have the original pictures of the notice. As for the RSPCA - concern was expressed about the welfare issue, I know nothing about horses but did let the Animal Warden know and they were already aware of the situation, the horses did look well taken care of as far as I could see, but as I say I haven't a clue about animal husbandry. The other week after the rain I can assure you the ground was a quagmire. I can't say I'm surprised if it mentions Feltham, the council's grounds maintenance contractor had never even heard of it when all this started, and I do wonder if our local councillors have a clue either! |
