If 'considerations normally include existing land use and adjacent open space/parks', the unanswered question is how do they get this information if they don't/won't ask local people at the outset? According to Brendan Walsh's sod-off response, people around here can go to Redlees Park, great if you're fit and well and able to walk there, but the dictionary definition of 'adjacent' is; 'lying close to; adjoining; bordering on'. This park fulfils all those criteria, Redlees doesn't. One can only conclude they do these things on the back on a fag packet and think everyone else is as thick as they are. I would submit that given those requirements fit the bill perfectly, 'this piece of land' cannot be 'feasible'. |
