| We have established that there is no such animal as a 'Lead Ward Member',so do we assume that officers made this up and put a councillor's name in the frame without their permission? This matter was first brought to the attention of ward members by myself last August when I complained about the state of the park and sent them photos of it. The nonsense about misuse and illegal grazing is just a load of old tripe, how many people in Isleworth have got herds of animals they need to find grazing for? Of course it's an 'empty space' it's designated 'open space' what on earth would you expect it to be like? The final comment - "Matters touching on or affecting Members directly". Given that they've all gone silent you'll just have to take a stab at that one. |
