The archived notice of consultation is still on the Hounslow website at http://www.hounslow.gov.uk/index/council_and_democracy/consultations/northcote_avenue_open_space_consultation.htm I don't know how long it was there before the closing date for comments on 16th Jan 2015. Presumably some time just before Christmas ? " Northcote Avenue Open Space Consultation The council is seeking the opinions of local residents and stakeholders on the granting of a grazing licence for 2 horses on the open space known as Northcote Avenue Open Space (or Pit Park). The site was originally designated as a Metropolitan open Space and it mainly consists of grass and scrub growth and has been used for recreational purposes. We have currently issued a grazing licence for 2 horses on the site and would like to get your feedback on this The purpose of this consultation is to share the views of local residents and to gather feedback which will be used to shape the future use of the site Please share your views by emailing to leisure@hounslow.gov.uk before 16 January 2015." |
