| What about the people who walked their dogs. The fact is that this land is for the benefit of the community. Although I do not live in Isleworth now I hold it dear. For the council to arbitrarily lease this public open space in such a way is appalling as is the way in which the buck is being passed between officers and councillors. On top of this no one seems to know what the procedures are for decision making in the council. As for this piece of open space costing the council £2000 a year. If they spent that much there would have been better provision of dog poo bins, shame on them all officers, councillors and parliamentary candidates as well. |
