No, you have misunderstood - the A4 sheet was just tied on the gate at the entrance to the access road with string by some council person, and promptly curled up - so a local person took it and put it on a piece of wood so it could be read. So any blame for anything 'erroneous' can be placed firmly at the door of Hounslow Council. Booze ups and breweries spring to mind - should we be surprised? Anyway as any pretence to actually find out what anyone thinks seems to have been abandoned, it's academic really. |
