"houses may also be identified by the existence of recycling boxes still stacked as they were on the day of delivery." Indeed there are scores of houses where the boxes aren't used. Councillors should be knocking on doors to ask residents if they are going to use them or not and if not, have them collected for recycling instead of leaving them lying around. |
