This thead is proof enough that people are having massive problems and have had problems from word go. What is so difficult to understand? "I am also working on the acknowledged problem of containers not being replaced properly. I was asked to lay off during the summer when the new system was bedding in" You are having a laugh aren't you? Why would you need to lay off when it is so very simple to issue an instruction to all staff to ensure they place containers back where they found them instead of chucking them randomly all over the place. Not rocket science - just common sense and so simple to do. We teach our children to put things back where they found them. Surely we can expect grown men and woman to do likewise? |
