Quite right but this Council doesn't consult with anyone except their inner circle. Even though residents complained to Cllr Lambert he was ordered to "lay off during the summer when the new system was bedding in" So instead of acting on behalf of the community, Councillors backed off. Summer has come and gone but the Borough still looks like a 3rd world tip with everyone too scared to take the lead and stand up to those who dreamed up this disaster. And more black bags of household waste fly-tipped this morning. And more recycling bins strewn all over the place! |
