| Pointed out to me by an irate neighbour. "if they ned to go round wasting time checking boxes and issuing stickers then clearly the system is not working. So we both put it to the collection chaps early this morning. " We are under strict orders not to engage with residents." And yes, they are way short on their expected payloads, Too slow on collections and sorting and it does not work well in some areas." |
