| Employees are not allowed to think. I have been told many times "you are not here to think you are here to work". The culture has changed over the years. I was on a course and somebody said "If you come in say 5 mins early start work and continue to home time and use your initiave to improve things along the way it must be good". The manager taking the course said, "this is the thinking we are trying to eradicate". That didn't too much for the moral in the room I can tell you |
