"You may not have heard of the concept of management." I practise 'effective' management. I guess people in the Council have not heard of that. "Not everybody carries out the tasks set them in the way they are instructed." That is where 'effective' management comes in! "Many of the people who collect rubbish had worked for Suez/Sita for years. Changing habits takes time and patient attention." Nonsense. Those who refuse to conform should be sacked. There should be no excuse if the Borough looks like a huge rubbish tip. Do Councillors take no pride in the Borough? Why settle for lethargy and tardy behaviour? It's taxpayers money paying these contractors. |
