| When I go on the doorsteps, some people have problems, some are very happy. I do casework. If people report problems to me and I know where they live and who they are I do my best to help. You may not have heard of the concept of management. Not everybody carries out the tasks set them in the way they are instructed. Many of the people who collect rubbish had worked for Suez/Sita for years. Changing habits takes time and patient attention. The initial figures for recycling are up by a decent percentage but we're waiting to see if this is sustained before making announcements |
