| Couldn't agree more with you both. In H&F they made recycling mandatory in some areas. Unfortunately politics tends to raise its ugly head - one party playing off the other or others. I wish people would see it for what it was. What happened was that they put some extra help into those areas - making sure that people had the right containers and information. As a result they had a lot of comments. Interestingly many of them were that it really wasn't as difficult as they had imagined... Sometimes it just needs a bit of organisation and a bit of encouragement. |
