| This is exactly why the Tories complain about the nanny state. People don't ever seem to vote for higher taxes do they - but somehow they expect services that require them! We need to view rubbish as a resource and in order to do that we need to separate what can be recycled in the councils kerbside contract from what can't. This has been exacerbated by cheap food and buying on credit so we buy more stuff than we need and waste a lot. |
