Precisely! Many people who get these childish notes because they accidently put a piece of cardboard with their plastics simply couldn't be bothered anymore and just dump the lot in their wheelie bin. If people put recycling out, they expect it to collected and not left because the collectors are being ridiculously pedantic. |
