Totally agree that we should try to walk or cycle whenever possible and I certainly do but this week it was impossible for me to walk or cycle from my office to West Middx which is several miles away so I had to drive or take a full day off work to get to the appointment. However, that aside - it is just plain thick to approve planning applications for huge Apartment Developments and then close a vital access road just months before the 100's of residents take possession of their new dwellings. That is gross negligence and a total lack of planning. But hey....can we expect more from Hounslow Council? |
