| I believe the first year is 'post v pre' and the second year is evolution of the post-closure situation. To your second question, quite possibly, but if so it rather flies in the face of the 'Busch corner is now always gridlocked' story that I have seen often enough on these pages! Actually part of the longer view is that people will move to other forms of transport. As a frequent visitor to Isleworth, esp the Public Hall, I now nearly always cycle whereas previously I generally drove. |
