Its an open forum. Particularly if the traffic is queuing back purely because some despotic Cllrs, not even from your ward, decided to block off Strand on the Green and Thames Road just to pacify a few living on the river bank. I would think you would want to name and shame those responsible for causing the environmental and traffic chaos for purely political and selfish reasons who have the temerity, if not arrogance, to defy the public consultation. Or perhaps people are expected to just curl up and do and say nothing and accept it as their lot in life and to question nothing because it may be above their pay grade? To each his own but I don't subscribe to apathy, unquestioned acceptance and obedience. |
