| One would be a fool to exaggerate current delays because androids provide live updates on current traffic situations. Whilst the general consensus is that such frequent and lengthy delays did not occur prior to Church Street closure, it would in fact make the decision to close the street even more idiotic if it was a known fact that Twickenham Road was not coping with the traffic flow. Cllrs also failed to recognise the expansion of schools in the area and the massive increase of population in St Margaret's road due to the building of hundreds of flats. |
