| I agree, it is a lot of large vans - bigger than a standard transit vans and it is not helped by large 4x4s. Not working ones but shiny status symbol ones. We have a huge Audi regularly outside that is the length of 1 and half houses and the owners have another 4x4 as well! But If it is not residents parked here at night - I come home form work after 9pm quite a lot, who is it? Most commuters have gone by then but by 11pm is is impossible to park nearby. If it does have to be a CPZ then yes it should be a whole area. But having just read Mr Brandt's paste from the Ealing site it seems more like gerrymandering to force money out of residents when simpler bans could ease the problem. |
