| Ann, Either way they are going to pay for the CPZ if or when it goes ahead. You cannot get much information from the Hounslow website, but in the words of Clr Hearne on St Thomas Estate in Chiswick on the chiswick w4.com "St Thomas Rd will have to have its own CPZ. The regulatory changes are being made so that residents in St Thomas Rd can request a CPZ. The social housing status of many of the properties has complicated matters.
