| I've read some nonsense and unfounded nonsense at that, in my time but Ms Christies CPZ stuff, takes not just the biscuit but the whole of United Biscuits! Exactly where is there an abundance of parking in a poor area? Can you be specific. The key lifeline to some sort of existence in this country is to have a car. For most on the bottom rung it's the way into the economy. That's why we have so many doing everything from mini cabbing to small deliveries. It's the Gig economy that create this. Every 'poor' area I know is log jammed with cars. How do you define rich? Living in a 2 bed terrace with not even a space to keep a wheely bin? Is that rich? or in a Mansion in the Butts. Come on surely you can do better than that or what the heck are you doing making decisions on our behalf with that degree of sense? Do not patronise when you clearly have not been there. This is not a very confidence instilling example of stewardship of our taxes or stealth taxes. |
