| I understand that the petition that was raised offered a better selection of hours but also made it more bearable for the streets that opted out. My understanding now is that the proposals will now be fully discussed and a better solution found that will be of wider benefit to residents and may well bring in those streets outside that will be affected to create a unitary inclusive zone but with simple less punitive hours which will be better for those who rely on visitors for a range of day to day issues. |
