| All roads bounded between High street, Half acre, Ealing road and to include the existing Hamilton road. But after a confusing series of interjections it excludes Mafeking Avenue and New road. The problem is this scheme won't make any difference to overnight parkers from outside this zone who will still be able to park overnight for free, while permit holders will be paying dearly and then theres the huge cost of visitor permits that they will also be responsible for on top. Hardly a benefit, a big stick for a problem that could be solved in a much simpler and less restrictive way. |
