| They finally put the decisions taken at the July 3rd meeting on the website: Decision: 1. That officers advance the CPZ proposals to the statutory consultation stage in all consulted streets, including Mafeking Avenue; 2. That officers include No’s 48-82 Ealing Road in the CPZ boundary and notify those residents of the Forum’s decision and the options available to make representations and / or object to the proposals during the statutory consultation stage; 3. That officers proceed to the statutory consultation stage with the proposed operational times of Monday-Friday, 10am-11am and 7-8pm (amended from the proposed 6.30-7.30pm to reflect the evening match start times at Brentford Football Club) and Saturdays (match days only) from 2.30pm-3.30pm; 4. That any objections received during the statutory consultations, which cannot be resolved by officers, be reported to a future meeting of this Forum; 5. That, following the relocation of Brentford Football Club, officers review the necessity of Saturday operation and report the findings back to a future meeting of this Forum; 6. That frontages within the CPZ boundary be notified of the decisions taken at this Forum; 7. That officers organise a parking summit to consider best practice for the Brentford area, the results of which would be brought back to a future meeting of this Area Forum for further discussion. |
