| It should be pointed out also that permit holders CANNOT park in pay and display bays even in their own streets. So that's even more spaces lost and those parking at night will have to move their vehicles by 09.30 None of this is forthcoming from the council or councillors. It is underhand and flawed, and residents are not getting a chance to input anything to ensure that the best possible solution is made available and reached. |
