| It is wrong to assume that we all work in London or where the bus or train go. Many who have vehicles do use them less than they did. I do. But I need it for equipment, and to cover long distances for work and at any time. But if I don;t use it it is parked and I already pay a hefty charge in road fund tax and insurance to do so. Electric cars are free to park in all London Boroughs and are tax free too. But there are too few charging pints to make it practicable. |
