| The scheme will end at 5.30pm before most residents come home. How will that stop the parking by residents from the developments? In any case whilst we know some residents from Hamilton Road park second cars and vehicles they have not purchased permits for Lateward road, They won't be able to even with a 2 hour scheme. Nor will they be able to. But even before the new developments, evening and night parking was difficult and cars have increased in size over the last decade. The CPZ will leave empty streets by day but actually solve nothing and in many cases severely damage the day to day life of residents. It won't it will be just the same a free for all. |
