| 2 hours a day one middle and one late would suffice almost all but night parters from outside the zone. One hour on saturday 2.30.3.30 is enough to deter football traffic. In any case you don't move here without knowing about the football traffic. It's the one thing that can be lived with with a bit of planning. A little different for midweek games - which of course will not be affected by the scheme. Council officer was useless and nnot the one who has been dealing with enquiries from residents. No indication at all that this was on the cards until the meeting, Utterly ludicrous. |
