| I could be completely wrong about this as I am not a resident of Grosvenor Road but I would imagine that they have a slightly different agenda to the rest of the proposed BRS CPZ in that being a cul-de-sac not very many commuters are going to venture down there on the off chance of finding a space only to have to reverse or do a very tight three point turn to get out again. |
