| Looking at Adam's link, which include the results of the recent consultation, I'd be interested to know how councillors feel they have a mandate to impose a full-hours, six days a week CPZ, bearing in mind the results clearly show a majority not in favour of that proposal. 96 for and 120 against. The council are clearly fond of using even a small majority as justification for progression on most things, so usual rules should apply! Even on the four major roads which will be included Brook Road South, Clifeden, lateward and Braemar, the majority is against and all day implementation. Admittedly with BRS being hung 50/50. I fail to see how an all day solution can be voted for with these ebing the results of the consulation. Anyone? |
