| My plan does not mention shared Pay and Display but shared will be much better. As long as that is the case. I spoke with Mt Nye who seemed to indicate that a lot of flexibilitiy could have been incorporated but it was down to councillors and policy. I have to say the suggestion by Grosvenor road residents makes a lot of sense. The late hour to give locals a chance to park in their streets seems quite logical while deterring midweek matchday parking and a saturday matchdays only 1 hour will be far more effective and far less of a burden on all residents within the zone. Well done Grosvenor road. Sense and sensibility lives!! |
