| Alex, I agree with you. I think it is safe to assume that CPZ would benefit the are, but it HAS to address the clear issues that the area faces. For my mind, there should be two hourly bands - one in the morning, lets say 10- 11 and then a second in the evening, lets say 7-8. This would make it both impossible for those to day park and commute into town and secondly would make it inconvenient (although not impossible) for those wanting to night park from other developments. With a solution like this, residents needing to use visitor vouchers, wouldn't end up paying through the nose and the issues concerning parking would be tackled. |
