| As you rightly mention Cllr Todd it certainly looks as though Cllr Collins did not declare any form of interest seeing as he is a Director of Hounslow Homes and this alone should surely invalidate the decision made and should be a matter for both the Borough Solicitor and also the Standards Committiee |
