| Something sadly notable is how the erstwhile Cllr Harmer seems to have changed his spots. Is he being bullied by the likes of Cadbury and Curran? Are they being lied to and manipulated by officers? He would normally be the first to oppose such things. It's notable that his newsletter omits many of the issues that locals in his patch are very concerned about. Not the councillor we have been used to over the last few years. I think this is a hugely reckless attack on this town and really does question whether several local councillors are fit and proper to represent the local people of this district and can no longer be trusted to do so. So in a way I think Anthony is right. All these issues need to be remembered and brought up at election time and prospective councillors need to be crystal clear about thier intentions once elected. |
