| According to a newspaper reporter who has been to visit the site, only a small percentage of residents speak english and are on the electoral role. I suspect they have not got a clue what's happening and those that know best have spoken for them. They are the least affected as it right over thier heads and cannot even see it from the site. The worst affected are those in South Ealing / Gunnersbury and Kew /West Brentford who have a whole view of the blocks |
